"The Remnant"

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus our Lord:

In the last post God had me to elaborate on His elect sons and daughters. We know and understand from previous studies that The Lord has always "preserved to himself a remnant (few)" in the Earth. It is evident that the "MANY" who claim to be following God are not part of his remnant few. And indeed Jesus stated that very fact when he said "FEW there be that find it" (Matthew 7:13-14).

According to Luke's version of Jesus' words in chapter 13:24, the "MANY" ... that Matthew's version said were NOW on the road to "destruction [spiritual ruin] ... FIRST ... attempted to "enter in ..." through "the strait gate and narrow way" ... and were "NOT ABLE TO"! Why am I revisiting this again??? Because God wants you to contemplate the true cost as Jesus declared in Luke 14:28-30: "For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not FIRST sit down, and count the cost, whether they have [what it takes] to finish it"? Jesus then goes on in verse 29 to state that once the foundation {for the tower} "is laid", that person doing the building upon that foundation ... "IS NOT ABLE TO FINISH IT"!!!

Now do you see how they then become part of the "many" who move over to enter into the less restrictive gate and the broad and spacious road? I recapped all of this to help you see what the true messengers of God should be teaching. They are not getting the people's eyes on being rescued again by Jesus in a rapture, nor are they telling people to hold on until they get to Heaven some day. They are telling the people that "THEY" ARE God's true tabernacle built upon the foundation that is Christ!!! And if they are the true "Temple of God", they carry the TRUE "Ark of his testament" within them (Revelation 11:19)!!! And if the Ark is within them, then the Holy of Holies with the Mercy seat and Cherubims are within them also!!!

As such, they are the one's bringing Heaven down upon the Earth. They are the "Holy City, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven ..." (Revelation 21:2).
