"EPIGNOSIS"

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ. I am heading to Ohio next week for some Bible study and fellowship!

While studying for the trip, I came across some expanded definitions of a Hebrew word that I had studied many times before. I am VERY excited this time because I saw a connection that I had not previously seen. God is so good that way. As we continue to remain teachable on our journey, he continually lifts you higher into the 'epignosis' {FULL discernment} of the "knowledge of the Son of God" (Ephesians 4:13)!

For all who have read my posts you know they center around "the strait and narrow way" and upon the elect {predestinated} Sons of God manifesting. Well praise be to Almighty God. As it turns out the Adam people of Genesis were in the very same message as us!!! Let me say that again. The generations of Adam (Genesis 5:1-2) were in the same Gospel of the Kingdom message that we have heard!!! Remember Hebrews 4:1-6. In Hebrews 4:1-6, the writer is referencing Psalms 95:7-11!!!

The people of the Old Covenant had the Gospel taught unto them also. How else were some able to live for HUNDREDS of years in their flesh before finally succumbing to decay? And what about Enoch without decay? Someone said WHAT, the same Gospel??? Genesis 2:7 declares that "The Lord God .... FORMED .... man [Hebrew word ADAM] of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man [ADAM] became a living soul". The Strong's definition 3335 for the Hebrew word "formed", which is 'Yatsar' means, "squeeze into shape; to mould into a form; figuratively it means to determine purpose". It expands also to mean "frame, PRE-ORDAIN (of Divine purpose); to be PREDETERMINED, be PRE-ORDAINED"!!!! MY GOD MY GOD! Wait. Yatsar 3335 is identical with the Hebrew word 3334 'Yatsar' which means, "To PRESS, {"everyone is pressing in" Luke 16:16} that is, BE NARROW, distressed, STRAITENED, (in STRAITS); be CRAMPED".

Does anyone remember the Greek definition for the word strait from Matthew 7:13-14 and Luke 13:24? It's defined as, "narrowed from obstacles standing close about [sounds like being cramped?]. The Greek meaning of narrow was "to crowd, afflict, throng, suffer tribulation, trouble"! The expanded definition states "TO PRESS HARD UPON"!!! WOW, is anyone else getting excited here? The Adam people not all of humanity were like us. "Chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world". I firmly believe that Adam was "once darkness" like us, before he was "formed" into God's image as LIGHT!!! Adam was "darkness" and God said, "Let there be Light"! Not only were the Adam people chosen in advance to be "conformed into the image of his {God's} Son" (see Luke 3:38), they went through the process of "Yatsar", having entered in through "the strait gate" and walking "the narrow way" to "FIND" [and become] {the trees of} "LIFE"! Again, like us, Adam wasn't formed from just the ground. He was formed from "THE DUST" [the pulverized clay] of his former vessel of darkness!!!

Isaiah 45:7, "I FORM LIGHT, and create darkness ..."!!! "You who were once darkness, BUT NOW are ye LIGHT in the Lord: walk as children {the offspring} of LIGHT" (Ephesians 5:8)! I pray all of you were as blessed as I was in seeing that Adam's forming was planned, predestinated, and accomplished BEFORE The Fall. And there really is no record of how long this Son of God "walked" in the Garden BEFORE he turned away from his ordained purpose!!! Could have been thousands of years???

Remember, according to Paul in 1st Timothy 2:14, "Adam was NOT deceived"! That means he WILLINGLY backslid into his former darkness. HHhhhMmmmmm ... Consider Adam's transgression and the words found in Hebrews 6:4-6! "For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened {formed} ... If they shall FALL AWAY to renew them again unto repentance ..."!!! You see saints there really is "nothing new under the sun". God has been creating darkness and then forming it into light from the beginning. And just like us, "many" never finished the process or went through the process and eventually walked away.

We must come into a deeper understanding of this "tree of knowledge of good and evil" if we are to remain vigilant in our journey. May everyone share the truth that God's plan is the same from the beginning. No one gets a free ticket to Disney World. However, God's Grace through his Son's sacrifice of him-self offers you THE WAY back that Jesus found to The Tree of Life (Genesis 3:24). So RUN saints RUN ... to the place that our "forerunner" has "entered, even Jesus, made an High Priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec" (Hebrews 6:20)!
